- This is a tricky question. The experience for me is an ongoing adventure of bearing seed, germinating, sprouting, growing, stretching, dancing, blooming, returning to the earth to nurture and become anew.... over and over simultaneously and in many realms of being. It's all pretty Great I'd say.

pulsing forth the internal rhythm,
hands caress the earth.
full of slendor, dissolving boundry
sweat from my brow falls, absorbed into the soil.
nourishment seeping in.
soothing waterfall sounds of my soul,
fountain of this river's song echos the beating heart.
ancestral wisdom guides,
ancient sweeping motion revealing
no difference to be known
It is same the song sings the worm and I
the raven cry
my name be felt
fullfillment greater than can be shown
within the moment flutters by
